Profile Conversion Initiation
Users can convert any existing Universal Profile into a DAC with a single click. The interface allows users to opt for default governance settings (50% voting power to people through LSP8 tokens and 50% to contributors through LSP7 tokens) or customize these settings.

Voting Rights Allocation (LSP8)
Upon conversion, the profile owner becomes the first and only voter, possessing the ability to distribute voting power further. LSP8 tokens represent people's voting rights, ensuring transparency, visible on Club members Universal Profiles, as well as security in the governance process. The system enforces a rule where future distribution of voting power requires the consent of at least 50% of existing voting power, promoting fairness and preventing centralized control.

Contribution Tokens (LSP7)
Members contribute to the DAC by transferring tokens, receiving LSP7 tokens in return, which represent their contribution and stake in the DAC. These tokens can be traded or sold, offering liquidity and flexibility to contributors. The DAC can set up its tokens on any SWAP pool, further enhancing the liquidity and accessibility of these tokens.

The architecture includes integration with DAOHaus Moloch v3 or Snapshot (?) for governance decisions, without relying on ENS, as there seems no need with Universal Profiles.
